* Submitting an interest in any of our services shall not create an obligation on either party until suchtime that we have performed due diligence and a contract has been signed by all the parties involved.
* No party shall be expected to make any financial payment or capital contribution to any partyand/or Alcosa (Pty) Ltd until such time that a contract is signed by all the parties involved. Toavoidscamming parties are encouraged to open a joint bank account into which their respectivecontributions may be deposited.
* We subscribe to the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act (Act 4 of 2013). Anyinformation gained by us as a result of transacting with any of our clients shall not be releasedtoanythird party unless consent was obtained from the party whose information is being sought.
